These Terms of Service govern your use of BinDrive and BNU.to, including cloud storage, public share links, and file downloads served through dl.bnu.to. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, login method, uploaded files, share links, and activity performed through your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

2. Files and User Content

You retain responsibility for files you upload or share. You must have the rights and permissions required to store, publish, distribute, or download any file through the service.

3. Public Sharing

Share links may allow other people to access or download files. Treat every public link as accessible to anyone who receives it. You are responsible for managing link visibility, expiration, and access permissions where those controls are available.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not upload, share, or distribute malware, phishing content, stolen data, or content that violates applicable law.
  • Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties.
  • Do not abuse the service, bypass limits, attack infrastructure, scrape private data, or interfere with other users.
  • Do not use the service to misrepresent ownership, source, or legality of a file.

5. Downloads and Availability

We work to keep downloads fast and available, but network routes, storage backends, maintenance, abuse protection, and technical incidents may affect speed or availability. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted access.

6. Removal and Suspension

We may remove files, disable share links, limit downloads, suspend accounts, or block access when needed to protect the service, respond to abuse reports, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The service interface, branding, software, and platform content belong to their respective owners. User-uploaded files remain the responsibility of the user who uploaded or shared them.

8. No Warranty

The service is provided as available and as is. We do not guarantee that files, metadata, previews, download links, or search results will always be accurate, complete, available, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BNU.to and BinDrive are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, data loss, lost profits, or service interruptions related to use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when the service changes or when operational, legal, or security requirements change. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
